Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, providing information about our services, and supporting lead generation efforts. Your contributions will be critical to building strong client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone calls, providing information about our services and addressing inquiries.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to support the sales team in converting potential clients into customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and accurate responses to client queries, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Follow-ups: Schedule follow-up calls with potential clients and keep a record of all interactions for future reference.
  • Data Recording: Accurately record client interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, lead generation, and client conversions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Ability to empathize with clients and provide a positive, solutions-focused experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail when recording client interactions and tracking follow-ups.
  • Willingness to Learn: Openness to learning new communication strategies and telecalling best practices.
