Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, contribute to recruitment efforts, and support employee engagement initiatives within an organization that makes a difference in public service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Help onboard new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Support HR activities, such as employee engagement events and team-building activities.
• Maintain and update HR records, including attendance and leave tracking.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and assist in preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
