Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging directly with clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our public service solutions. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and making a positive impact on local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients, explaining our public service solutions and benefits.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the assigned area.
• Gather market insights and report on competitor activities, client needs, and potential service improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and meet targets.
• Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field sales or a related role is a plus, but freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.

• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
